Recaps, cartoons and… no that’s it.

November 19th, 2007 by APK

This whole weekend was full of time with old friends and new. Always fucking nice. It was also a weekend for watching Star Trek movies, I found. I don’t know why, I didn’t plan it, but I ended up watching both II and III.

Uhm, to recap a bit betterer: Friday night was spent with R. an her boy and SCA and his coworker Matt. A bit of drink, a lot of walking, and generally a ton and a half of story telling.

Of course SCA found a cow/pig lamp with wings on the street and had to take it. I think it ended up in his hotel lobby. We convinced him to leave the turntable, chair and twenty boxes of dead flowers we also passed.

He has a gift.

Saturday night was spent with Achariya and a bunch of people I didn’t know going in. Achariya is, well, exactly as she is. That’s a good thing, for the record. HHD, whose name I swear I knew five minutes ago, was oddly familiar, if that makes sense. I’d swear we met before. I also know I would be wrong. Good buncha people, sitting around and shooting the proverbial shit.

Then Sunday I ended up having dinner with Vin, who brought over apple pie! Because that’s how he rolls. In dough, with apples. Wait.

Anyway. There ya go. In-between that stuff I watched some movies, wrote and did other shit.

For some reason I am feeling compelled to post links to some old What the Hell?! cartoons. I moved ‘em to my server, but here are links to the Goth Angels story line:

Goth Angels - part 1 | Goth Angels - part 2 | Goth Angels - part 3 | Goth Angels - part 4

Yeah. So anyway, now it’s Monday. Monday like a motherfuck, yo! What up?
