Have a new gig I am working on securing. Big stuff in the works. Can not discuss it at this stage but am excited. Of course it means more writing. Which is fantastic! Of course it also just might kill me. Bah, of course it won’t.

Taking a quick minute long break from working on the novel right now, actually. I feel like I’m in the home stretch on this thing. Sure, I have around 40k left to do but that’s fine. It is also the home stretch. Just a very long stretch. I can, please note, not only see the light at the end of the tunnel but also read the markings on the train.

Probably going to have to run to CA mid-next month. Work/Pleasure. Truthfully the work will be a pleasure, too. I get to work with the coolest people, I swear.

I truly do love my life. I get to have a good time. I get to bust my ass on things that matter to me, and things I enjoy. I have great friends and know good people. I can wake up on a Saturday, dick around some and then sit down and write while sunlight comes in my window and music blasts from speakers.

All right, enough. Back to work.
